Crypto: The Best Value Route Both Ways
Not an ideological argument, an arithmetic one. Crypto has the lowest deposit minimum on the site, costs nothing to withdraw, and carries double the weekly payout cap of a bank transfer.

- Minimum
- AU$5 on Lightning
- Withdrawal fee
- None
- Weekly cap
- AU$5,000
- Coins
- 4
The case, in numbers
A bank transfer withdrawal costs AU$50 and is capped at AU$2,500 a week. A crypto withdrawal costs nothing and is capped at AU$5,000 a week.
Cash out twice a month and that is AU$1,200 a year in fees avoided, plus twice the throughput. There is no version of the maths where the bank transfer wins.
The cost is setup. If you have never held cryptocurrency, the first deposit takes half an hour rather than two minutes. After that it is the fastest thing on the site in both directions.
Supported coins
| Coin | Minimum deposit | Confirmation | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lightning Bitcoin | AU$5 | Seconds | Lowest minimum on the whole site, needs a Lightning wallet |
| Litecoin | AU$25 | Minutes | Consistently low network fees, the sensible default |
| Bitcoin Cash | AU$25 | Minutes | Cheap and quick |
| Bitcoin | AU$25 | Minutes to an hour | Network fee rises when the chain is busy |
Some coins display a AU$10 minimum in the cashier depending on the exchange rate at the time. The cashier is the authority, so check it at the moment you deposit.
Your balance is not crypto
This trips people up. You deposit in coin, and the casino converts to Australian dollars at the rate when the transaction confirms. From that moment your balance is AUD and does not move with the market.
Withdraw later and it converts back at the rate at that moment. A rally between deposit and withdrawal does not benefit you; a crash does not hurt you.
So crypto here is a payment rail, not an investment position. Buy what you intend to deposit, deposit it, and do not treat the casino balance as exposure to anything except the house edge.
Depositing without losing money
Set up a wallet
Any mainstream wallet works. The AU$5 minimum specifically requires Lightning support, which not every Bitcoin wallet has.
Buy the coin
An Australian exchange is the usual route. This purchase is what appears on your bank statement, not the casino deposit.
Open the cashier and select your coin
The casino shows an address and a QR code, plus the coin amount matching what you want in AUD.
Check the address before sending
Compare the first and last four characters. A send to a wrong address cannot be reversed by anyone.
Send slightly above the minimum
The network fee is deducted in transit, and sending exactly the minimum can leave you under it.
Enter your bonus code before confirming
WELCOME applies to crypto deposits too, and still needs AU$20 equivalent.
The mistakes that cost real money
- Sending the wrong coin. Bitcoin to a Litecoin address is unrecoverable. Check the coin as carefully as the address.
- Depositing below the minimum. may not credit automatically and needs support to resolve manually.
- Reusing an old deposit address. addresses can rotate. Use the one displayed for this deposit.
- Withdrawing to an exchange wallet. some exchanges reject gambling-related deposits. A personal wallet is safer.
- Buying more coin than you plan to deposit. the remainder becomes a position you did not intend to hold.
- Keeping the wallet on your home screen. money that takes three taps to redeposit tends to get redeposited.

Frequently asked questions
- Which coins can I use at Fair Go?
Bitcoin, Lightning Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin. The cashier shows the live list and the current minimum for each.
- What is the minimum crypto deposit?
AU$5 with Lightning Bitcoin. The other coins generally start at AU$25.
- Are crypto withdrawals free?
The casino charges nothing. The blockchain network fee still applies and is deducted by the network itself.
- How fast is a crypto withdrawal?
Approval runs up to two business days; the network itself then takes minutes to a couple of hours. One to three days is the realistic total.
- Does my balance change if the coin price moves?
No. The balance is converted to Australian dollars at deposit time and stays in AUD.
- Can I withdraw to a wallet in another name?
No. The payout wallet must be yours, and this is checked at verification.
