There is no requirement to deposit AU$200. Five deposits of AU$20 produce AU$100 in bonus funds for a tenth of the outlay, and use the offer just as efficiently.
The clause that is not there
Most deposit bonuses in the Australian-facing market carry a maximum cash out. It is usually expressed as a multiple of the bonus: three times, five times, occasionally ten. Whatever you win beyond that multiple is removed when you withdraw.
This offer does not carry one. Turn a AU$200 bonus into AU$5,000, clear the wagering, and AU$5,000 is what you have, subject only to the account’s ordinary per-transfer and monthly withdrawal limits.
