Promo Codes: What Works and What Is Marketing
There is one permanent code worth knowing, a handful of rotating ones, and a great deal of noise. This page separates them and explains the one rule that decides whether a code does anything at all.

- WELCOME

- Cashier bonus field
- When
- Before confirming
- Stackable
- No
The one rule that matters
A code has to be entered before the deposit is confirmed. Not after. There is no retrospective application, no support override once wagering has begun, and no way to reclaim a claim that has been spent.
Everything else about promo codes is detail. This is the part that costs people money, and it costs them the good offers rather than the marginal ones, because the welcome claims are the ones most likely to be burned this way.
The codes that exist
Permanent, rotating and personalised. Only the first is guaranteed to be live when you read this.
| Code | Offer | Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| WELCOME | 100% up to AU$200 | Permanent | Usable on each of the first five deposits, minimum AU$20 |
| Neosurf offer | 100% match on a Neosurf deposit | Long-running | Minimum AU$20, once per account |
| Launch codes | Spins or a small free bonus on a new game | Rotating | Days rather than weeks, delivered by email and inbox |
| Monthly free bonus | AU$25 free after a deposit | Recurring | Cash out capped at AU$180 |
| Personalised codes | Varies | Account-specific | Will not work on another account |
Cashback is the notable exception: it has no code at all and is claimed by messaging live chat.
On "exclusive" codes published elsewhere
Search this brand and you will find pages offering exclusive promo codes, often with a countdown timer and a copy button. Treat them with scepticism.
Genuine exclusive codes do exist in this industry, negotiated between an operator and a specific partner. They are also far rarer than the volume of pages claiming them would suggest. Most of what is published is the standard public code with a different button around it, and some of it is simply expired.
The reliable sources are the operator’s own promotions page, your casino inbox, and your email. If a code is not in one of those three places, the probability it does anything is low.

Why a code gets rejected
Six causes cover essentially all of it.
- Expired. launch codes in particular are short-lived, and nothing tells you in advance.
- Deposit below the minimum. AU$20 for the welcome offer, regardless of what the payment method allows.
- Already used. single-use codes fail silently rather than explaining themselves.
- Not yours. a personalised code emailed to another player will not work on your account.
- A bonus is already active. offers do not stack, so a second code is refused until the first clears.
- Entered after the deposit. the only one with no remedy at all.
Where the field actually is
For deposit offers, the bonus field sits next to the amount in the cashier. Type the code, then set the amount, then confirm.
For offers that do not need a deposit, there is a separate coupons area. On desktop it is under Cashier in the Coupons tab; on mobile it sits under Bonuses in the footer menu. Codes entered there either credit directly or prompt you to deposit, depending on the offer.
Two different places for two different kinds of offer is mildly confusing, and it is worth knowing which one you need before you start hunting for a field that is not on the screen you are looking at.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the Fair Go promo code?
WELCOME, which applies a 100% match up to AU$200 on each of the first five deposits with a minimum of AU$20.
- Are there exclusive codes?
Genuine ones are rare. Most pages advertising exclusive codes for this brand are republishing the public one. The operator’s promotions page, your casino inbox and your email are the reliable sources.
- Where do I enter a promo code?
Deposit offers go in the bonus field of the cashier. No-deposit offers go in the coupons section, under Cashier on desktop and Bonuses on mobile.
- Can I use a code after depositing?
No. It must be entered before the payment is confirmed, and it cannot be applied afterwards.
- Can I combine two codes?
No. Only one bonus can be active on an account at a time, and offers do not stack on a single deposit.
- Is there a code for cashback?
No. Cashback is claimed by contacting live chat, which is why so many eligible players never receive it.
